マジレスすると、支援して助かった子供が成長しても自国の発展の為に働かずに海外で国籍を取得して暮らすから。
DQNがDQN生んでたまに優秀に育つと海外に引っ越してマジでDQNしか残ってないのがアフリカの現状。
